Terms of Service
Last updated: Sep 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PDFCraft at https://snapdfhub.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
PDFCraft provides tools for working with PDF documents: organising, converting, editing, compressing, protecting and signing files. Some tools run in your browser; others run on our servers. We may add, change or remove tools at any time. Features that require a paid plan are described on the Pricing page.
Accounts
You may use most tools without an account. Creating an account gives you higher limits and a processing history. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you process. We claim no ownership of your files and use them only to perform the operation you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the documents you upload and for the results you produce with the Service.
Files processed on our servers are deleted automatically after a short retention period (currently 120 minutes). The Service is not a storage product: download your results promptly and keep your own copies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload malware or content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that you are not permitted to process;
- attempt to bypass encryption or password protection on documents you do not own or are not authorised to access;
- overload, probe or attack the Service, circumvent rate limits or plan limits, or access it with automated tools beyond normal use;
- resell the Service or use it to build a competing service without our permission.
Electronic signatures
The Sign PDF tool places a visible signature image or text on a document. It does not apply a cryptographic digital certificate. Whether such a signature is legally binding depends on the laws applicable to you and the agreement between the parties. Do not rely on the tool where a certified digital signature is legally required.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and already-paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with advance notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of significant changes.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Conversions and OCR results are produced automatically and may contain errors; always review output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results will be accurate or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you have not paid anything, to zero.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
